Environment: study and reports
Several studies and reports were done with the participation of professionals from different areas before the implantation of the investment, including environmental diagnosis, impact analysis, definition of any mitigating measures and creation of a monitoring program. These studies and reports ensure the allotment sustainability and are approved by government agencies.
Rainwater: preventive retention
There are three rainwater discharge points equipped with tanks in the allotment aiming to avoid overloading the outflow, allowing the reuse of the water in the common areas and contributing to the environmental preservation.
Green belt
The wooded surroundings has been preserved and will be enriched through the plantation of 16,000 native seedlings.
